01How it works

From brief to finished file in three steps.

No sign-up and no fee to send a brief. You only talk money once a member has contacted you and understood what you need.

  1. Send a brief

    Describe what you need, the data you have, your budget range and deadline. It takes about 3 minutes.

  2. Reviewed by the INSYNTIVE team

    We check that the brief is clear and realistic, then post it on the members’ Project Board. Your contact details stay hidden.

  3. A member takes it & contacts you

    One member takes your project and reaches out on WhatsApp or email to agree on scope, price and timing.

Questions about custom work.

How much does it cost, and how do I pay?

Sending a brief is free. The price, payment method and schedule are agreed directly between you and the member who takes your project, based on the scope you discuss together. The budget range in the form only helps members judge whether the project suits them.

Does INSYNTIVE do the work?

The work is done by INSYNTIVE Academy members, people who learn and practice Excel, Power BI, Tableau and data visualization with us. INSYNTIVE curates the briefs: we check every brief before it’s posted, and only active members can take projects.

Who can see my contact details?

Only the one member who takes your project (and our admin team). The board shows the brief without your name, email, WhatsApp number or file link.

What if nobody takes my project, or I change my mind?

Message our admin on WhatsApp with your brief code (PRJ-…). We can help sharpen the brief, or take it down if you no longer need it. Since there’s no payment upfront, cancelling costs nothing.

Are my data and files safe?

Members agree to keep client data confidential before they take a project. Even so, don’t put confidential data in the brief itself: share real data only after you’ve agreed on the work, and use sample or anonymized data where you can.

Good with Excel or Power BI? Take on client projects.

Active INSYNTIVE Academy members can take these briefs on the Project Board, do the work, and get paid directly by the client.
