Product licenses & resell rights

Every product in INSYNTIVE Academy comes with a written license: whether you can edit it, whether you can sell it to end customers, and whether the resell rights can be passed on. This page explains it all.

Daily templates: PLR-END A certificate for every product

01Daily templates

The core rules, on one screen.

Daily Excel templates are released under the PLR-END license (Resell Rights + Edit, limited PLR). Other products may use a different license, so always check the license label on the product page.

Allowed

  • Edit the content, formulas, design, and structure of the template
  • Add your own name, logo, or brand
  • Sell it to end customers on marketplaces, in your online store, or directly
  • Use it for client work or your own business
  • Include it in your paid packages / bundles

Not allowed

  • Pass on the resell rights: your buyers only get personal-use rights
  • Sell or share it as a “resell rights” package (PLR/MRR)
  • Give it away free or upload it to free download sites
  • Claim to be the original creator or register copyright in the template
  • Use the INSYNTIVE name to promote your edited products without written permission

02License types

Licenses used in the Academy.

The license name and code appear on every product and on its license certificate.

PLR-ENDDefault for daily templates

Can be edited, branded as your own, and sold to end customers. Resell rights may NOT be passed on.

  • You may not register copyright in, or claim exclusivity over, this template.
  • The INSYNTIVE name may not be used to promote your edited products without written permission.
MRR

Master Resell Rights

Can be resold as-is, and your buyers may resell it too. Cannot be edited.

  • Can be sold to end customers
  • Resell rights can be passed on
  • Can be included in paid bundles
  • No: Can be given away free

  • Files are sold as-is: the content, structure, and creator credit may not be changed.
  • The selling price may not be below the minimum price (if one is set).
  • You may not give it away free or upload it to free download sites.
RR

Resell Rights (as-is)

Can be resold as-is to end customers. Cannot be edited, and resell rights may not be passed on.

04License certificates

Proof of your selling rights that anyone can check.

Issued on your first download

As soon as you download a product, a license certificate in your name is issued automatically with a unique code in the format INS-XXXX-XXXX.

Locked to the license version

If the license rules are updated later, your certificate still refers to the version in effect when you downloaded the product.

Publicly verifiable

Your buyers or clients can check that a certificate is genuine on the verification page. The holder's name is shown partially masked.

After your membership period ends, products you downloaded while it was active can still be used and sold under their licenses. Only access to new releases, downloads, classes, and webinars stops.
