01 About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of INSYNTIVE Academy at learn.insyntive.com (the “Service”), operated by PT Orang Beruntung dan Sejahtera under the INSYNTIVE brand (“we” or “us”). By creating an account, making a payment, or using the Service, you (“you” or “Member”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02 Definitions

• Free Account: a registered account without an active Membership, whether it has never made a purchase or its membership period has ended.
• Membership: the right to access the Service during the purchased membership period, currently 12 months per payment.
• Products: digital products available in the Service, including Excel templates, e-books, and toolkits, including templates released daily.
• Content: all materials in the Service, including Products, classes, videos, written materials, webinars, and their recordings.
• License: the permission to use a Product as stated on the product page, on the Licenses page, and in the License Certificate.
• License Certificate: proof of license in the Member's name for a specific Product, with a unique code in the format INS-XXXX-XXXX, issued when the Product is first downloaded.
• End Customer: a party who buys or receives a product from the Member for their own use, not for resale.

03 Account

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information (name, email, WhatsApp number if provided, and country), and update it when it changes.
• The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Users under 18 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to anyone else.
• An account can be signed in on up to 3 devices at the same time. If you sign in on another device, the oldest session is signed out automatically.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect your account is being misused.

Free account

• Creating an account is free and does not automatically become a paid plan. You are never charged anything unless you check out a membership yourself.
• A Free Account can: create and download 1 CV in the CV Builder with all its features, download sample templates labeled “Free” under the Personal Use license (subject to the daily download limit shown in the Service), and view materials marked as previews. Daily releases, the full collection, classes, webinars, and resell rights are for active members only.
• We may change the content and number of Free Account features from time to time. Files you have already downloaded may still be used under their license.
• Creating multiple accounts to get around Free Account limits is considered abuse (see Prohibited conduct).

Emails from us

• We send service emails related to your account and orders, for example a welcome email, payment receipts, notices that your membership period is about to end, and reminders if your checkout is not complete (no more than 3 emails within 7 days of your first order). You can turn these emails off in the Notifications menu.
• Tips & offers emails for Free Accounts are sent only if you tick the consent box, and you can stop them at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. We only mention a promotion when it is actually running, together with its deadline.

04 Membership & membership period

• Membership becomes active after your payment is confirmed by our payment provider (or after we receive a manual payment), and is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
• Membership does not renew automatically and there are no recurring charges. You may renew voluntarily; the new membership period is added after the end date of your previous membership period.
• During your membership period, you can access daily template releases, the Product collection, classes, webinars and their recordings, subject to availability in the Service.
• After your membership period ends, access to new releases, downloads, classes, and webinars stops. Your account remains, so you can renew at any time.
• The membership period cannot be paused, transferred to another account, or exchanged for cash (see Final payments).

05 Prices & payment

• The membership price is the price shown on the payment page when you check out: in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for QRIS and Virtual Account payments, or in United States dollars (US$) for buyers outside Indonesia who pay with PayPal. The payment page determines this from your approximate location, and you can change it on that page. The amount to be paid is always shown on the payment page.
• Payments are processed by Pakasir, a payment gateway service operated by PT Geksa. Available methods: QRIS, which can be paid from any e-wallet or mobile banking app that supports QRIS, and Virtual Account from BRI, BNI, CIMB Niaga, Permata, Maybank, Bank Neo Commerce, Artha Graha, and Sahabat Sampoerna, as well as PayPal for buyers outside Indonesia, which can be paid with a PayPal balance or a debit/credit card through PayPal, subject to the options PayPal offers in your country. Debit/credit cards can only be used through PayPal.
• For QRIS and Virtual Account, payment is made on the Service's payment page: the QRIS code or Virtual Account number is shown directly on that page, and you pay it from your own e-wallet or mobile banking app. We never receive or store your PIN, password, OTP code, or bank account and card details.
• For PayPal, the Service's payment page opens the PayPal page for your order; you complete the payment on PayPal's page, then return to our payment page, which tracks the payment status automatically. Always open PayPal using the button on your order's payment page. Your PayPal account and card details are entered directly on PayPal's page and processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive them.
• For PayPal payments, Pakasir processes the charge in the Rupiah equivalent of the dollar price, based on the exchange rate we set when the order is created, and PayPal charges you in US dollars. Because of currency conversion, the dollar amount PayPal charges may differ slightly from the dollar price on the payment page; PayPal always shows the amount to be charged before you approve the payment. Currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other fees from PayPal or your card issuer (if any) are set by those parties and are outside our control.
• A payment code (QRIS, Virtual Account number, or PayPal link) is valid for no more than 24 hours from when it is created; its deadline is shown on the payment page. While the order is still valid (3 days from creation), you can create a new code or change the method. A code that has expired, or was canceled because you changed the method, can no longer be used. Always pay to the code currently shown on the payment page.
• Membership activates automatically once Pakasir confirms the payment. If the money has left your account but your membership is not yet active, contact us with your order number (format ACD-…). We will check the payment status and activate your membership.
• If you cannot pay online, for example because none of the available methods can be used from your country, contact us on WhatsApp for manual activation. Manual payments are recorded as an order on your account and are subject to the same terms.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not affect the membership period you have already paid for.

06 Promo coupons

• We may issue promo coupons at any time, including coupons linked to affiliate accounts. Each coupon has a validity period, a usage quota, and a per-account usage limit, which may vary.
• Coupons are entered on the payment page before the QRIS code, Virtual Account number, or PayPal payment link is created. The discount is calculated from the current membership price and is shown immediately in the total; for prices in US dollars, percentage coupons apply at the same percentage and fixed Rupiah discounts are converted to dollars. Each order can use only one coupon, and coupons cannot be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Strikethrough prices on this site (the regular price crossed out next to the promo price) always show the current regular membership price and the price after the promo coupon currently running, and that promo price is what you are charged on the payment page because the code is applied automatically, as long as the coupon is still valid and you have not exceeded your per-account usage limit.
• Applying a coupon cancels the payment code currently shown; pay to the new code with the discounted amount. If a coupon ends or its quota runs out before a payment code is created, the coupon is removed from the order and the total returns to the regular price. A payment code already created with a discount remains valid until its deadline.
• A 100% coupon activates a membership without payment. Memberships from coupons are subject to the same Terms & Conditions.
• We may cancel coupons or memberships obtained fraudulently, for example by creating multiple accounts to get around usage limits or by trading coupon codes.

07 Content & daily releases

• We aim to release 1 new Excel template every day during your membership period. The release schedule may be disrupted by system maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control; in such cases we will try to catch up on delayed releases.
• Class and webinar schedules may change. Webinar recordings are provided when available.
• We may update, correct, or withdraw certain Content from the Service. Products you have already downloaded, together with their License Certificates, remain valid under their license.
• Templates and materials are provided as tools. You remain responsible for checking that the formulas, calculation results, and Product content suit your needs and your customers' needs.

Library

• The Library is a reference catalog: title, author/publisher, year, topic, a summary written by us, and a link to the official source. Copyright in each book remains with its author/publisher; listing a book does not mean that we own it, sell it, or are endorsed by the rights holder.
• Files can only be read (in our reader, without a download button) by active members, for openly licensed books that allow redistribution (e.g. Creative Commons BY/BY-SA), INSYNTIVE's own works, or books we share with the written permission of the rights holder, always with attribution and their license. Other books appear only as references without a file.
• You may not copy, share, or sell files from the Library beyond what their respective licenses allow.
• Takedown requests: a copyright holder who objects to their book being listed can contact us via WhatsApp or dhanyindraswara@insyntive.com, stating the book title and proof of ownership of the rights. We will remove the book from the catalog as soon as possible after verification.

08 CV Builder

• A Free Account can create 1 CV with all features (templates, ATS check, PDF & Word download). Active members can create more CVs and duplicate them.
• The CVs you create are stored in your account and can still be opened and downloaded after your membership period ends. After your membership period ends, your first CV can still be edited as with a Free Account; your other CVs can only be opened and downloaded until you are active again.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV. Avoid including personal data that employers do not need (for example your national ID number (NIK), religion, or marital status).
• The templates and ATS check follow commonly used CV writing guidelines, but we do not guarantee that your CV will pass any applicant tracking system (ATS) or that you will be hired. Each company uses different systems and selection criteria.

Learning paths & completion certificates

• Free Accounts and accounts whose membership period has ended can view all paths. Recording module progress, submitting a final project, and earning a Completion Certificate are for active members only.
• A Completion Certificate is issued automatically, once per path, after all required steps are complete and the final project has been approved by our team. Steps whose content has not been published yet (marked “Coming soon”) are not required to complete the path.
• The certificate states learning hours (JP; 1 JP = 45 minutes), calculated from the duration of the materials you actually completed, rounded down. This certificate is issued by PT Orang Beruntung dan Sejahtera (INSYNTIVE Academy); recognition for institutional purposes (for example, recording competency development in MyASN) depends on the policy of each institution. This certificate is not a professional certification and is not issued by a certification body or a government agency.
• The final project must be your own work. Personal data or confidential workplace information must be anonymized before uploading. We may request revisions, and may revoke a Completion Certificate if the project turns out not to be your work or the certificate was obtained in a way that violates these Terms; the verification page will then show the revoked status along with the reason.

09 Digital product licenses

Products are not sold outright: you receive a non-exclusive license according to the license type stated for each Product. Copyright in the Products remains with INSYNTIVE or its licensors.

• Each Product states its license type, for example PLR-END (may be edited, branded as your own, and sold to End Customers; resell rights are not passed on), MRR, RR, or Personal Use. Full explanations are on the Licenses page.
• A License Certificate is issued when you first download a Product and is locked to the license version in effect at that time, even if the license rules are updated later.
• Products downloaded during your membership period may still be used and sold under their license after your membership ends.
• Sample templates labeled “Free” are licensed for Personal Use: they may be used and edited for your own purposes or your own business, but may not be sold, redistributed, or included in product bundles, including by active members.
• Any right not expressly stated in a Product's license is deemed not granted.
• License Certificates can be publicly verified on the Verification page. The holder's name is shown in masked form.
• License violations may result in revocation of the related License Certificate, termination of the account, and legal action under the applicable laws and regulations, including Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright.

10 Fair use limits

To protect the Products and other members, we apply fair use limits, including a limit on the number of downloads per day per account and a limit on devices signed in at the same time. The applicable limits are shown in the Service and may be adjusted from time to time.

We record download activity (Product, time, and IP address) and sign-in sessions to enforce licenses and prevent account abuse, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Share your account, password, or membership access with others, including selling or renting out access (“group buys”, “account sharing”, and the like).
• Distribute, give away for free, or upload Products to download sites, groups, public drives, or other channels beyond what their license allows.
• Sell Products as a “resell rights” package (PLR/MRR/RR) if their license does not allow resell rights to be passed on.
• Claim to be the original creator, register copyright or trademarks, or claim exclusivity over Products, unless their license allows it.
• Carry out scraping, download automatically with bots or scripts, or collect Content in bulk beyond fair use.
• Attempt to break into, circumvent, or test the security of the Service without written permission, including circumventing download limits or device limits.
• Record, copy, or redistribute class and webinar videos.
• Use the Service or Products for purposes that are unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
• Use the INSYNTIVE name, logo, or brand to promote your products without written permission.

12 Intellectual property

The Service, its design and code, the INSYNTIVE brand, classes, videos, and all Content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by INSYNTIVE or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted by a Product's license, no rights are transferred to you.

13 Affiliate program

• Eligibility. The affiliate program is open free of charge to Account holders with an active Membership that is not suspended (Free Accounts cannot join). You join from the Affiliate menu in the member area by agreeing to these terms. Affiliates who have joined can still view and withdraw their commission even after their membership period ends. Affiliates are not our employees, agents, or representatives and are not authorized to make promises on behalf of INSYNTIVE.
• Attribution. A buyer counts as your referral if they sign up for an account through your referral link within the period stated on the Affiliate page (recorded with a cookie in the buyer's browser), or if they use a coupon linked to your affiliate account. An affiliate coupon used on an order determines the attribution of that order. Attribution that has been recorded cannot be transferred.
• Commission. Commission is a percentage of the amount actually paid by the buyer (after coupon discounts, excluding payment service fees). The commission rate and whether renewals count are stated on the Affiliate page; the terms in effect when the buyer's payment is completed apply.
• No commission is paid for: purchases by your own account, free orders (100% coupons), test transactions (sandbox), automatic extensions from duplicate payments, and transactions suspected of being fraudulent. Commission from fraudulent transactions may be canceled, including commission that has already been recorded.
• Withdrawals. Commission can be withdrawn once your balance reaches the minimum stated on the Affiliate page, by bank transfer to the account you provide. Withdrawals are processed by an admin, usually within 7 business days of the request. Make sure your bank details are correct; a transfer to the wrong account because of details you entered is your responsibility.
• Tax. Commission is your income. We may withhold tax on commission in accordance with applicable tax regulations and provide a withholding slip when required; any other tax obligations are your responsibility.
• Prohibited promotion methods: spam (unsolicited mass messages, repeated comments), misleading claims including promises of income, impersonating INSYNTIVE or using the INSYNTIVE name/brand in domains, social media accounts, or paid ads targeting brand keywords, placing links without the visitor's knowledge (cookie stuffing), and creating fake accounts or buying through another account of your own.
• Violations. We may cancel the related commission and suspend or terminate the affiliate participation of anyone who violates these terms.
• Program changes. We may change the commission rate or terms, or discontinue the affiliate program. Commission recorded before a change will still be paid under the terms in effect when it was recorded, unless canceled due to fraud.

14 Suspension & termination of accounts

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, Product licenses, or applicable laws and regulations. Where possible, we will notify you in advance.
• Termination of an account due to a violation comes with no refund and no compensation for the membership period, and the related License Certificates may be declared invalid.
• You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15 Final payments & duplicate payments

• A duplicate payment means paying more than once for the same order, for example paying with QRIS and then also paying the Virtual Account for that order. As soon as Pakasir confirms the second payment, our system automatically adds a membership extension to your account according to the plan paid for (12 months per payment); the extension appears as a separate paid order in the Account menu, and we also send its receipt to your email if email notifications are on. If a duplicate payment happens outside Pakasir (e.g. a manual transfer), contact us with the order number and we will add it manually.
• Technical issues, for example money that has left your account while your membership is not yet active, are resolved by checking the payment status and activating your membership.
• Please read what the membership includes, the price, and these Terms & Conditions before paying.
• These terms do not limit your rights guaranteed by law, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

16 Limitation of liability

• The Service and Content are provided “as is”. We strive to keep the Service available and the Content accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We do not promise any particular income. Examples of how to use or sell Products are only ideas; the results depend on your own effort, marketing, and decisions.
• You are responsible for the products you sell to your customers, including the suitability of their content, pricing, after-sales service, and your own tax obligations.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to no more than the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, including network disruptions, disruptions at third-party service providers, disasters, or government policies.

17 Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

18 Changes to the service & terms

We may update the Service and these Terms & Conditions. We will announce important changes through the Service or by email before they take effect. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you are deemed to agree to them.

19 Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be settled amicably through deliberation to reach consensus (musyawarah untuk mufakat). If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be resolved through the competent district court (pengadilan negeri) in Indonesia, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.
