Module 03 · Clean it in Power Query

Set the right data types

Change Tanggal to Date, check Jumlah, read the recipe in Applied Steps, then Close & Load.

Step by step5 minLesson 13 of 37 Members

This is the step people skip most often, and the one that causes the most trouble in later modules. A Tanggal column that isn’t a date type can’t be linked to the Kalender table, and a Jumlah column stored as text can’t be summed. Five seconds now saves an hour later. After that you read the full recipe in Applied Steps and go back to Excel.
