SELECTEDVALUE: a dynamic visual title

The chain's dashboard has a city slicer. Ayu wants the chart title to change automatically: with one city selected it reads "Sales: Bandung"; with no city or several cities selected it reads "Sales: All Cities".

Task

Create the measure Judul Visual (visual title) in the Sales table: the text "Sales: " (with a trailing space) joined with & to the selected city in Store[City]. Use SELECTEDVALUE with the fallback value "All Cities" for a context that contains more than one city.
Visual: city (Store[City]); the Total row represents the no-selection state.

Explanation

In the Bandung row the filter context holds a single city, so SELECTEDVALUE returns "Bandung" and the result is "Sales: Bandung". In the Total row all five cities are visible, so the fallback comes out: "Sales: All Cities".
SELECTEDVALUE is shorthand for IF ( HASONEVALUE ( Store[City] ), VALUES ( Store[City] ), "All Cities" ). To use this measure as a title, open the visual's format pane, go to Title, click the fx button and pick the measure. A common mistake is forgetting the space after "Sales:", which gives "Sales:Bandung".
