SUMMARIZE: category and return reason combinations

Nadia is writing an SOP for handling returns in her online shop. She wants to know which combinations of product category and return reason have actually happened, for example whether the reason "Salah ukuran" (wrong size) only shows up in Fashion.

Task

Create the calculated table Kombinasi Retur (return combinations) with SUMMARIZE over the Returns table, grouped by Product[Category] and Returns[Reason]. The result has exactly those 2 columns, with no extra columns.

Explanation

The result has 15 rows, not 5 categories × 4 reasons = 20, because SUMMARIZE only returns the combinations that actually exist in the Returns rows. It confirms that "Salah ukuran" only appears in Fashion. Product[Category] can be used because Returns is related to Product through ProductKey.
If you need EVERY combination, including ones that never happened, use CROSSJOIN ( VALUES ( Product[Category] ), VALUES ( Returns[Reason] ) ). Tip: to add a numeric column such as the number of returns, the best practice is to wrap SUMMARIZE in ADDCOLUMNS rather than computing the column inside SUMMARIZE.
