PROPER & TRIM: clean up customer names

Customer names from an online form are messy: some are all caps, some are lowercase, and many have extra spaces. The admin wants tidy names before printing shipping labels.

Task

Fill B2:B6 with the names from column A cleaned up: extra spaces removed and every word starting with a capital letter.

Hint 1
TRIM removes leading and trailing spaces and collapses double spaces in the middle.
Hint 2
PROPER capitalizes the first letter of every word and lowercases the rest.

=PROPER(TRIM(A2))

Write it in B2, then fill down to B6.

Explanation

=PROPER(TRIM(A2)) works from the inside out: TRIM cleans the spaces, then PROPER fixes the capitalization. The reverse order, =TRIM(PROPER(A2)), gives the same result here, but cleaning the data first keeps formulas easier to read. If pasted data also carries line breaks or tabs, add CLEAN.
